### De tu cajón al próximo dueño, en cuatro pasos

1. **Identifica tu equipo**: Toma una foto o busca en el catálogo. La IA reconoce marca, familia y modelo, y te muestra cuánto vale en tu país según su estado.
2. **Inspecciónalo con la cámara del celular**: Apunta el celular al equipo y la app te guía por voz, siguiendo el protocolo de cada tipo de equipo: qué enfocar, cuándo acercarte y qué probar. La IA revisa cada toma al instante y arma el informe.
3. **Publica y negocia**: Tu equipo llega al marketplace con su informe y sus fotos. Los compradores ofertan, tú contraofertas y todo queda registrado, con plazos claros.
4. **Cobra sin riesgo**: El comprador paga y el dinero queda protegido. El equipo viaja asegurado y con seguimiento; al llegar, el comprador confirma que coincide con lo publicado y se libera el pago.

**¿Qué es eWasteAI?**
Un marketplace para vender y comprar equipos electrónicos usados (celulares, computadores, tabletas, equipos médicos, de laboratorio e industriales) en el que cada publicación lleva un informe de inspección hecho con inteligencia artificial y con evidencia en fotos.

**¿Cuándo puedo usarla?**
Estamos en acceso anticipado: la app de Android ya está en pruebas cerradas. Al unirte a la lista de espera te avisamos cuando se abra en tu país.

**¿Cómo funciona la inspección con IA?**
La app identifica el modelo, te guía por voz, paso a paso, con la cámara del celular para fotografiar y grabar cada parte del equipo y, en celulares y tabletas, hace un autodiagnóstico de pantalla, sensores y batería y revisa el IMEI. La IA analiza esa evidencia y arma un informe con el estado del equipo y lo que falta revisar.

**¿Qué gana el comprador?**
Ve el informe y las fotos antes de ofertar, puede pedir una inspección adicional (videollamada, en su sitio o en el del vendedor, según el equipo) y, cuando le llega, confirma que coincide con lo publicado antes de que se libere el pago.

**¿Cómo se negocia?**
Con ofertas y contraofertas dentro de la app, con plazos claros para responder. Cuando hay acuerdo, el pago y el envío se coordinan en la misma plataforma.

**¿Cómo se protege el pago?**
El dinero queda retenido hasta que el comprador recibe el equipo y confirma que coincide con lo publicado. Si hay una diferencia, se abre una disputa con la evidencia de ambas inspecciones.

**¿Qué equipos puedo vender?**
Desde celulares, computadores, tabletas, relojes, consolas y audio hasta electrodomésticos, equipos médicos y de laboratorio, maquinaria industrial y agrícola. El catálogo se amplía con cada categoría.

**¿En qué países estará?**
Empezamos en Colombia y Estados Unidos, en español e inglés. Si estás en otro país, déjanos tu correo y lo tendremos en cuenta para el orden de apertura.

**¿Cuánto cuesta?**
eWasteAI cobra una comisión cuando se concreta una venta. Las tarifas se anunciarán antes del lanzamiento a quienes estén en la lista de espera.

**¿Qué hacen con mis datos?**
Para la lista de espera solo guardamos lo que nos das en el formulario y lo usamos para avisarte del lanzamiento. Puedes pedir que lo borremos cuando quieras. Lee el aviso de privacidad.

### From your drawer to its next owner, in four steps

1. **Identify your device**: Snap a photo or search the catalog. The AI recognizes brand, family and model, and shows what it's worth in your country for its condition.
2. **Inspect it with your phone's camera**: Point your phone at the device and the app guides you by voice, following the protocol for each kind of device: what to frame, when to get closer and what to test. The AI checks every shot on the spot and builds the report.
3. **List and negotiate**: Your device reaches the marketplace with its report and photos. Buyers make offers, you counter, and everything is on record with clear deadlines.
4. **Get paid without risk**: The buyer pays and the money is protected. The device ships insured and tracked; on arrival, the buyer confirms it matches the listing and the payment is released.

**What is eWasteAI?**
A marketplace to sell and buy used electronics (phones, computers, tablets, medical, lab and industrial equipment) where every listing carries an inspection report made with artificial intelligence and backed by photo evidence.

**When can I use it?**
We're in early access: the Android app is in closed testing. Join the waitlist and we'll let you know when it opens in your country.

**How does the AI inspection work?**
The app identifies the model, guides you by voice, step by step, with your phone's camera to photograph and record every part of the device and, on phones and tablets, runs a self-diagnostic of screen, sensors and battery and checks the IMEI. The AI analyzes that evidence and builds a report with the device's condition and what is left to check.

**What does the buyer get?**
They see the report and photos before making an offer, can request an extra inspection (video call, at their site or the seller's, depending on the device) and, when it arrives, confirms it matches the listing before the payment is released.

**How does negotiation work?**
With offers and counteroffers inside the app, with clear deadlines to respond. Once there's a deal, payment and shipping are coordinated on the same platform.

**How is the payment protected?**
The money is held until the buyer receives the device and confirms it matches the listing. If something is different, a dispute opens with the evidence from both inspections.

**What can I sell?**
Phones, computers, tablets, watches, consoles and audio, but also appliances, medical and lab equipment, and industrial and farm machinery. The catalog grows with every category.

**Which countries?**
We start in Colombia and the United States, in Spanish and English. If you're somewhere else, leave your email and we'll factor it into the rollout order.

**How much does it cost?**
eWasteAI charges a commission when a sale closes. Rates will be announced to the waitlist before launch.

**What do you do with my data?**
For the waitlist we only keep what you enter in the form and use it to tell you about the launch. You can ask us to delete it at any time. Read the privacy notice.
