Who handles your data

The data you enter in the waitlist form at www.ewasteai.com is controlled by PROVISION TIME S.A.S. (Colombian tax ID 900.614.447-9), Calle 85 # 41D-31, Bl. 9, Ap. 101, Barranquilla, Atlántico, Colombia, the company that builds eWasteAI. What we keep

Your email and, if you provide them, your name, whether you want to sell, buy or both, your country and the page language. We also keep the date of your consent. To prevent automated submissions we use a code derived from your connection (not your IP address), deleted after two days and never stored with your email.

What we use it for

Only to tell you when eWasteAI launches in your country, invite you to early access and, if you ask, reply to you. We don't sell it or share it with third parties for advertising.

How long

Until launch in your country and up to 12 months after, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can access, update, correct and ask us to delete your data, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the email above (Colombian Law 1581 of 2012). Every email we send will include a way to unsubscribe.

Where it's stored

On Google Cloud (Firebase) servers in the United States, with encrypted traffic and access restricted to the eWasteAI team.
